Small Group Leaders

START A GROUP—To start a small group is easy, contact us to learn about Charis home and small groups and to obtain easy-to-use content. Then, gather a group of people—family members, friends from Charis, co-workers, neighbors—and we will help you get started! Teaching, Prayer, Friendship, Fun and Fellowship are all part of these wonderful weekly groups.

If you are new to the area or new to the church, this can be especially challenging. First of all, the group doesn’t need to be large. Just finding two other people you can gather with for these sessions is enough for an impactful group experience. Attending OR gatherings and getting to know people who sit nearby is a great place to start. We also encourage you to brainstorm two people from each of the following areas: friends, family, church, workplace, school, neighborhood, and so on. Whether you have three people or ten or somewhere in between, this will be a meaningful experience of growing in community together.
